Welcome to Dr. Narayanan Aesthetics. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. By continuing to engage with our services, you acknowledge and agree to all clauses herein, including but not limited those related to liability, use of images, and dispute resolution. 

1. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

1.1 Booking: Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 

1.2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service fee.  No-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service fee, which will be non-refundable. 

2. Payment

2.1 Fee: Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. 

2.2 Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the sole and absolute discretion of Dr. Narayanan Aesthetics. For the avoidance of doubt, in any case, refunds will be processed only under circumstances deemed necessary by us and not as a result of dissatisfaction with the outcome. 

3. Health and Safety

3.1 Medical History: You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications before any treatment. Failure to do so may result in complications for which Dr. Narayanan Aesthetics holds no liability.

3.2 Consultation: A consultation is required before treatment to assess your suitability and to discuss risks and benefits. This consultation does not guarantee treatment will be provided.

3.3 Aftercare: You are required to follow all aftercare instructions. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results, and we assume no liability for complications arising from non-compliance. 

3.4 Use of images: By accepting treatment at Dr. Narayanan Asthetics, you herby grant us right to take and use photographs or videos of the treaatment area before, during, and after the

procedure for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. You agree that these images may be used across various platforms (including but not limited to social media, website,

and print) without the need for further consent or compenation.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

4.1 Data Protection: We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws. Your personal information will be used solely for providing services and managing our relationship with you. 

5.2 Confidentiality: All patient information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as detailed in section 4. 

5. Liability

5.1 Limit of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Narayanan Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, reputational, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, will be strictly limited to the amount you have paid for the service in question. Under no circumstances will the clinic be liable for claims made after 30 days from the date of the procedure. 

5.2 Treatment Results: We strive for optimal results, but individual outcomes vary. Dr. Narayanan Aesthetics does not guarantee specific results and will not be held liable for unmet expectations. By agreeing to treatment, you acknowledge that aesthetic results are subjective and influenced by numerous factors beyond our control. 

5.3 Waiver of Legal Action: By engaging in our services, you waive the right to bring any lawsuit against Dr. Narayanan Aesthetics or its affiliates beyond the limitations outlined in this agreement. Any legal claims must be brought within 30 days of your treatment date, after which time all claims are considered waived. 

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms. 

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. You agree that any claim or legal action must be brought within 30 days of the incident, failing which it will be permanently barred.
